Seniors

Many seniors face challenges such as climate-related displacement, isolation, and post-disaster loneliness, which can significantly impact their mental and emotional well-being.  Our senior-focused initiatives include low-impact exercise classes to promote physical health, a games club to encourage social interaction,  knitting and crocheting sessions that offer both a creative outlet and a sense of community as well as workshops.
